The partners are collaborating since 2005 on themes related to nanofabrication of oxide thin films with scanning probes techniques (AFM nanolithography). In the recent years, a new activity on VO₂-based microstructures has been pursued with the aim to exploit the properties of this phase-change material for the realization of programmable resistive and micromechanical structures.
